Property must be completely empty before service. Refrigerator, cabinets, and drawers must be fully emptied prior to cleaning. • Deep Cleaning of Appliances Inside and Out: Refrigerator, oven, and microwave, including racks and buildup removal where safely possible • Cabinets and Drawers: Thorough interior and exterior cleaning of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers when empty • Ceiling Fans and Baseboards: Detailed dusting and wiping • Light Fixtures: Dusting and wiping of reachable light fixtures • Bathrooms: Detailed deep scrubbing of toilets including bowl interior, under rim, seat, lid, tank, base, and surrounding floor area, plus showers, tubs, sinks, faucets, fixtures, walls, baseboards, bathroom tile surfaces and grout lines between tiles, with buildup removal where safely possible • Kitchen: Detailed deep cleaning and sanitizing of countertops, backsplash, sink, faucet, and high touch areas, including scrubbing and grease or buildup removal where safely possible • Windows: Interior window frame and sill cleaning • Floors: Vacuuming and thorough mopping throughout the home • Laundry Area: Exterior cleaning of washer and dryer • Doors and Door Frames: Wiping down and detailing • Cobweb Removal: Removal of visible cobwebs throughout the home • Final Touches: Dusting and cleaning of all accessible surfaces for a final inspection ready finish.
